Entries are being invited for the Western Mail Welsh Woman of the Year 2005 awards. These awards have been running for 11 years and seek to promote the role women have in the workplace and in every sector of Welsh society. The awards are open to every woman living and working in Wales regardless of age, profession or ethnic group. Nominations close no later than 21st September (some categories have earlier deadlines), and winners will be announced at a gala dinner at the Cardiff International Arena on 25th November 2005.
